Since 1996, Ariel Soudry has served as the president of Better Living Properties Management, a company that operates in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and other areas of New York City. Under the direction of Mr. Soudry, the company serves property owners and tenants with real estate and property management transactions. During the span of his career, Mr. Soudry has gained expertise in multiple aspects of the real estate industry, including building operations and development, property rentals, leasing and financial management, and new construction rental buildings start-up requirements. He is also adept at budget analysis and staffing and operational procedures. Ariel Soudry belongs to multiple real estate industry associations, including the Building Owners & Managers Association of Greater New York (BOMA), New York Building Managers Association, and New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM).
