- Cost Control, Reviewing the procuring cost against the PM budget and cost to complete sheet
- Planning, Scheduling the site activity according to the site development compared to base plan with the Planning Engineers
- Procurement, reviewing technical submittal, arranging quotations and enquiry, reviewing the comparison sheet with the Procurement Engineer/ Officer
- Engineering, Arranging Shop Drawing, Calculation, reviewing the project Specs to identify the Standard to be followed.
- Quantity Surveying, Review the contract Bill of Quantity to consider any budget Uplift to be claimed
- Monthly Billing, reviewing with client the monthly invoice and taking the approval against the progress onsite
- Construction Management, Arranging the site activity with the Site Engineers, Foremen, Charge Hand
- Preparing Staff Histogram, identifying the reporting system onsite within Work Breakdown Structure.
- Steel Design and connection detail against ULS/ SLS with modeling
- Reporting for PM, Operation Manager and Directors.
- QHSE, Arranging Method of statement and following the Site inspection closely to avoid NCR in coordination with the Site inspector; following the Risk Assessment Report with the Safety officer
