Drawing on more than four decades of experience, lawyer Bruce Givner currently serves clients through KFB Rice, LLP, a boutique firm in Los Angeles, California. In this capacity, he helps clients with earned and passive income tax planning, as well as capital gains and estate tax planning. Bruce Givner studied history at the University of California, Los Angeles, then earned his JD from Columbia Law School and master of laws in taxation from New York University School of Law. He began his career as an associate and then a principal at Flame, Sanger, Grayson, & Ginsburg. He also served as president of several firms, including Grayson, Givner & Wolfe and Givner & Kaye.
Bruce Givner has been widely published, including many articles in the Los Angeles Daily Journal on topics such as charitable lead annuities and home property tax deductions. He has co-authored book chapters for the California Continuing Education of the Bar and written for the California CPA Society on topics like estate tax elimination and capital gains tax planning.
