- 與政府部門、客戶、工程顧問、承包商、供應商進行協調(包括建築風格、內修、結構和建築機械設備);
- 組織和參加會議,討論施工現場的進展情況;
- 監控工程進度;
- 確保設計概念符合建築法規、客戶需求和預算;
- 跟進政府部門提交的意見和/或提交狀態;
- 參與項目的進度安排和預算控制;
- 準備契約文件、付款證明、信函、議程和會議記錄;
- 監督和維護合辦公室管理政策和程序

- Coordinate with government departments, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers on project issues (including architectural, fitting-out, structural and building services issues);
- Organize and attend meetings to discuss progress on construction site;
- Ensure project milestones are achieved in accordance with project deadlines;
- Ensure design concepts are in compliance with building regulations, client needs and budget;
- Follow up with government departments on submission in regard to comments and /or status of submissions;
- Assist in scheduling and budget control of projects;
- Prepare contract documents, payment certificates, correspondences, agenda and meeting records;
- Supervise and maintain logical office administration policies and procedures
