We are Inclusion, a team formed by students from National Taiwan University (NTU) initiating systematic and institutional plans of academic accommodations, which we would refer to as “inclusion plans”, for college students suffering from mental illnesses. Currently collaborating with the Youth Development Administration at the Ministry of Education in Taiwan, our team is reaching out to universities (including administrative staff, teaching staff, students, and etc.) around the world for possible online interviews concerning the policies they have implemented for students with mental health issues.

Research and legal drafting on eID (digital identity smart cards)

- Member of the Election and Recalling Execution Commission in the NTU Student Association - Monitored the reliability, stability and user experience of the voting system by coworking with executive staff and developers

- Provided insight for market analysis with background in electrical engineering, computer science and business management - Organized research in B2B marketing and sales in the hi-tech industry regarding compiler performance optimization

* Speaker (2016/02 - 2016/09) - Elected as representative of the College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science - Initiated and chaired the IT Committee, urging for digitalization and efficiency improvements on legislation and deliberation - Guided 70+ representatives to monitor the Student Association administration branch by budget reviews and interpellation - Advocated for student rights by representing in various school official meetings, committees and councils

- Pioneered the strategies for public relations, sponsorship and promotions - Drafted call for sponsor documents and contact templates on the understanding of target audience and prospective donors

- Initiated a student organization to lower the barrier of development for web services on campus - Promoted campus open data and the implementation of cross-campus OAuth and APIs - Led a team of 20 members with skills of web/app development, UI design and marketing - Offered talks at SITCON 2015, HackNTU meetups, COSCUP 2015 Unconf, etc.

- Arranged and co-hosted a charity auction of open-source related goods and services - Raised more than NTD 110,000 for COSCUP through the charity auction
