An experienced real estate sales and construction professional, Cindi Hoetmer utilizes creative thinking and qualitative analysis to make sound investment decisions while staying within budget. Since 2006, she has worked as a self-employed interior design consultant, and more recently has consulted for firms such as Doc’s Restorations. Cindi Hoetmer is also an owner and investor with Hoetmer Design Group, LLC, where she represents clients in commercial and residential projects. She manages everything from permits and reports to final showings, prioritizing client satisfaction while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A graduate of Indiana University, Ms. Hoetmer holds a bachelor of science in business administration and real estate administration. Earlier in her career, she spent several years as a developer with Eastside Community Investments, overseeing the transformation of various run-down, vacant properties into promising investment opportunities. She also served as a commercial broker with RE/Max of Indiana. When she is not working, Ms. Hoetmer enjoys traveling, biking, and working out. An avid runner, she has participated in several 5K races and mini-marathons.
