I have been a deck officer for four vessels.During these time, I also go to GUANGZHOU twice for refit in dry dock . I have also experienced various ship inspections (PSC ISM MLC...etc). Before the inspection, I faced it with the most serious attitude.Although after the inspection it may not be satisfactory, I still accept it humbly and avoid making the same mistake next time.
