Experienced investor and advisor, David Solomont, founder of ev Transportation Services, Inc ("evTS"), has a demonstrated track record of working in the technology, software, gaming, media, and transportation industries for over 4 decades. Throughout his wide career Solomont he has become highly experienced in business development, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and venture capital. As an experienced investor, Solomont focuses on investing in technology companies, which are in its early stages. Moreover, as an advisor, he advises companies on business development, funding, mergers and acquisitions, and team building. Over the course of the past four decades, Solomont has worked for different companies and institutions. To name a few: at Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council he served as a founding Trustee and past Chairman; at Ventures, L.P he was a founding General Partner; at the Museum of Science in Boston he was a Overseer and member of the Information Technology Committee; at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston he was a Technology Advisor to the Internet Working Group. Solomont founded Common Angels in in 1998. The company had its headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. He was its Chairman and CEO until 2004. This company was one of the first USA institutionalized angel groups. In May 2015, he founded ev Transportation Services, Inc ("evTS") and he serves as its Chairman and CEO since inception. Moreover, Solomont is the Chairman of OYO Toys, since November 2018. David Solomont has studied at the Tufts University, where he graduated in 1974 and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. In 1979, he enrolled at the MIT’s Sloan School, where he received his master’s degree in management.
