Delaena Kalevor

Delaena Kalevor served as vice president of strategic innovations at Synchrony Financial for seven years before departing the company in 2019. He now serves as an independent consultant. With Synchrony, which he joined through the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP), Delaena Kalevor was responsible for the launch of several loan and credit card products alongside point-of-sale services. Before beginning his career, Mr. Kalevor attended the University of Ghana Business School, earning a bachelor of science in business administration with a focus on accounting. Following this, he moved to the United States to attend the University of Rochester Business School, earning an MBA in finance and competitive strategy. He then enrolled in the ECLP through GE Capital, which then owned Synchrony. Mr. Kalevor also holds accreditation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. In addition, he has experience working with organizations such as Ernst & Young and Chemnano Materials. Throughout this time, he has developed skills in financial modeling and VOC analysis.
