I am a Scrum Master working with teams and organizations (Agile Coaching), certified PSM III, PSPO I, Certified LeSS Practitioner. I possess 10+ years of experience with Scrum, LeSS and LeSS Huge adoptions, and overall 20+ years in software development. My professional mission is to enable product groups to unfold their full potential and achieve strategic goals. I help organizations to become adaptive and achieve the total engagement of team members in order to not just survive but thrive in the VUCA world (or Complex domain per Cycnefin framework). Therefore, I promote the Agile mindset and help to properly adopt Scrum and LeSS in connection with various practices (e.g. Kanban, XP). Working with teams, I identify the proper stances of the Scrum Master on a case-by-case basis, and I focus on ensuring that teams learn from each case in order to continuously improve their capability to overcome obstacles themselves. Due to my previous experience of working as a software developer and a PM (certified PMP, Prince II) I have a skill of considering questions from different perspectives. This is especially valuable to better understand people with a different mindset.
