Leading a successful career at the United Nations (UN), Diana Lutta offers a wealth of professional experience as a program, data, and knowledge management analyst. Since joining the UN in 2015, Diana Lutta has designed and developed various program strategies, corporate planning strategies in addition to collecting and analyzing sustainable development goals (SDG) data. She is also involved in multi stakeholder consultation processes which aim to advance progress of gender equality gains
Ms. Lutta's focus on inclusive governance aims to ensure that all women are able to fully and equally participate in decision-making, and women and girls all over the world and in all of their diversity can benefit from gender responsive laws, policies, budgets, services, and accountable institutions. Prior to her position at the UN, she worked at the embassy of the Republic of Korea. During her time there, she served as a diplomatic liaison and special assistant to the ambassador.
After completing her undergraduate studies in political science, she earned a master’s degree in international studies from New York’s Institute of Diplomacy. As a master’s student, she volunteered at the UN. Outside her professional life, Ms. Lutta spends her leisure time traveling.
