Dr Richard Delacruz

Practicing in the greater Jacksonville area, Florida physician Dr. Richaerd Delacruz treats patients with the Orange Park Medical Center (OPMC), Memorial Hospital, and Injury Care Centers. He also serves as an emergency medical services and law enforcement liaison. In an effort to educate the next generation of clinical professionals, Dr. Richaerd Delacruz concurrently teaches emergency medicine as an associate professor with the OPMC graduate medical education program. Over the course of a career that spans three decades, Dr. Richaerd Delacruz has practiced with numerous disparate organizations including the Titan Emergency Group and My Choice House Calls. He also has an extensive history of public service, directing medical activities for the Clay County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team from 2005 to 2015 and performing medical services as a member of the United States Navy from 1987 to 2002. Dr. Delacruz’s military accomplishments have earned him multiple honors including a Joint Services Commendation Medal and a Naval and Marine Corp Commendation Medal with three gold stars.
