1.專案開發：協助各類型客戶規劃通訊整合專案，並協同各部門完成專案進度。 2.產品企劃：針對已有產品紀錄客戶需求功能，並協助整合市面上相關的通訊工具。 3.教育訓練：教導新進人員公司文化、行政流程、技術相關等知識。 4.流程改善：針對現行流程提出改善建議，縮短工作時程並提高行政效率。 5.社交公關：陪同主管參加會議和聚會場合，協助處理各項事務。
