Hello, My name is Eddie :) I’m a recent graduate of Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management at Fu Jen University with an exchange certificate at Burgundy School of Business in France. I previously participated in the intern program at the world's 14th best restaurant In Singapore, where I collaborated with an international team to drive utmost customer satisfaction for both the cuisine and the service. With this professional training, I developed my detail-oriented working attitude and excellent communication skills in Account Management. I also love participate in innovation business projects. In HaoShi Start-up Boot Camp, my team and I created a Meal Prep Delivery Kit business model within just 24 hours of intense research and data analysis backed up by thousands of survey responses. Our business initiative was ranked top 4 out of 100+ teams! Then, during my exchange time in France, I led a team of 8 international students to create a Luxury Wine Tour business model, which was ranked No.1 in a seminar. I’m a fast learner with a data-centered decision making mindset. Digital marketing and e-commerce have always been my focus. I had experience in launching e-commerce shops where I utilized Google analytics and Facebook a/b testing tools. To improve my data analysis skill to the next level. I passed GAIQ and finished fundamentals courses of HTML, Javascript, SQL on Codecademy. To sum up, I have International customer service experiences and excellent communication skills; I have ample project management experiences with talents across the globe; I am a fast learner with data-centered decision making mindset.
