In addition to his activities in the real estate industry, Eric Swallow has founded multiple internet technology development and marketing and communications firms. Drawing upon his experience working in the sales and marketing departments at Wells Fargo Bank and Motorola, he leads teams of IT professionals and serves such clients as the City of Oakland, Oracle PeopleSoft, and AT&T. In his spare time, Mr. Swallow enjoys giving back to the community as well as staying active. From 2008 to 2013, he served as the director of the chamber of commerce of the city of San Jose. Outside the office, he enjoys the outdoors, and he also travels regularly.
