Responsibilities include project management of New Product Introduction, and mass production of quality control : 1. Imported 2D-Code on the production line for mass production, with this installation, it would be able tracked to clarify products defects in the process. Always need to join conference calls with Italian teams to settle down the actions execution. 2. Conducted multiple automotive products into the production line (ex: Anti-Lock Brake System IC, RF IC... etc.) System Engineer : Responsible include development and testing of system projects : 1. Used MySQL to build a customer database to automatically aggregate and analyze customer product data, to analyze products for customers and display possible problems in the manufacturing process, and this system helps customer to improve product yield from 80% to 95% within a year. 2. Used python to build UI interface and to dock company Server to replace the original company system, the data processing volume increased 3 times (the number of data processed each time increased from 150k data to 400k data). 3. Imported the automatic link and comparison system for company and customer data via python web crawler 4. Built a customer response system, website establishment (php, js, CSS), automatically capture customers’ mail by using python.
