Duties
Supporting the sales process by being involved in the day to day activities of the shop Front-house/Back-house and by providing an invaluable support service and training to the team. Produce great quality food, to manage the production of the right products at the right time through planned production setting and control ordering and production to business needs.
Front-house
Customer Service.
Training Team Members daily professional customer service.
Making sure that all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.
Train new Team Members with training materials.
Shift runner, opening/closing shifts, preparing banking/deposits
Back-house
Produce delicious food according to Pret standards in an efficient, safe environment.
Plan and review effectively in order to deliver timely, accurate production.
Plan and organize all shifts to ensure quality and quantity of production.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
Order ingredients to ensure the correct stock levels are held to meet
production in line with sales forecast.
