I am Hector Mendoza. I am an Industrial Engineer based in Taiwan with experience in Operation and Maintenance (O&M), Project Management, and Supply Chain in Production Plants. My expertise lies in the implementation and management of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP), the effective planning, scheduling, and resource allocation of Operation activities, production demand planning, and Suppliers management. In previous roles, I’ve led the optimization of inventory and procurement processes by leveraging digital tools and software, delivering demonstrable projects and performance improvements. Throughout my career, I have worked in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments in Latin America, Vietnam, and Taiwan. I recently graduated with an MBA degree from Tsing Hua University (清華大學) with a focus on technology management and I am seeking to deploy my skills and experience in the Operation and Supply Chain Management of Production Plants and Business Consultancy.
