Responsible for the planning of the Operation, Maintenance, and Project Management of power plants (Fuel Oil and Windfarm) in Nicaragua. My achievements included:
-Improved the business processes of Inventory, Procurement, and Operations by implementing and rollout an ERP system. As a result, the inventory and lead times were reduced by 20% and the production KPIs reached 100% of the set goal.
-Kept good relations with international key equipment manufacturers suppliers for better prices of equipment components.
-Delivered projects that optimized the production efficiency by 7%. by managing the resources and engaging internal and external stakeholders to collaborate with the projects.
-Planned and tracked project progress with clear objectives, deliverables, improvement plan, and benefits to the business.
