▪ Led a team of 6 engineers for new ATE equipment installation at a customer factory. Over ~200 testers were installed in 2 years gradually and 95% of the installation was on-time. ▪ Executed the ATE retrofit/upgrade plan in urgent scenario, 95% on-time. ▪ Delivered more than 10 official training courses at customer sites in Taiwan & overseas with customized training materials provided. ▪ Invented a smart examination method without disassembling the entire test head to identify the flawed material being used in the test head for ~200 testers at a customer factory. Each tester saved 7 hours for examinations. A total of 1400 working hours are saved for just examinations. This saves a lot of engineer resources and reduces the impact on customer production line significantly.
