In her spare time, Hope Jacoby enjoys whitewater rafting, going to concerts, and playing golf. In the fall, you can also find her following her favorite football team, the Florida Gators. In the future, Jacoby wants to expand her horizons by attending a World Series game and being present when the Florida Gators snag a national championship.
