After obtaining his juris doctor at Pace University School of Law in 2008, Ian Winograd gained admittance to the bars of the District of Columbia, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He started his legal career in 2009 as a law clerk at the Law Offices of Lawrence W. Saltzman, LLC, and then spent seven years managing a restaurant where he was in charge of HR and public relations. Meanwhile, Ian Winograd continued his legal career as an attorney at a Newark law firm where he served as the lead counsel for criminal and foreclosure matters from 2014 to 2016.
Currently, Mr. Winograd works at Pressler, Felt, and Warshaw LLP which is one of the largest Collections Law Firm in the Tri-State area. He serves as an Associate Attorney and as a Senior Document Review Analyst. Part of his job consists of reviewing and signing contracts daily, as well as negotiating and drafting settlement agreements between clients and opposing parties. Furthermore, he is in charge of training new attorneys on firm policy, navigation of the law firm's computer system and the FDCPA. He also helps Senior Management in organizing work assignments on a daily basis.
Outside his work, Mr. Winograd keeps studying legal and political theory, when he isn’t driving for Lyft or DoorDash and discovering new restaurants. He is passionate about improve and stand-up comedy, water skiing, and cigars.
