Responsible for maintaining all Boiler Water Chemistry & Respective Treatment of Boiler Feed, Drum, Condensate, SHS, Saturated Steam By Maintaining Dosing Rates of LP & HP Dosing System, & CBD, IBD. Carried out All Type of Coal Analysis like - Coal Sieve , Coal proximate ( GCV by Bomb Calorimeter) , FC % , Moisture % ,VM % , Unburned % ,UHV% , Ash %, ( ASTM ,ISO, IS), Ash Fusibility Testing. Responsible for Preparation of Testing Sol., Calibration sol. & Standard sol. preparation. Manual & PLC Operation of DM Plant (283M3/h) & RO plant, ETP and STP Their Regenerations, Backwash, & Trouble Shooting. CPU Operation and Regeneration. FLU GAS Analysis of CO2, O2, CO etc Preparation of Daily, Monthly & Annual Report to Represented higher authorities.

Responsible for the day to day Operation of the Plant & Plant Chemistry. Responsible for adopting the best Engineering Practices, Systems and Procedures in the Operation of the Plant. Responsible for devising & implementation of Management Plans for improvement in the Plant performance. Responsible for maintaining proper Chemistry in the DM & Feed Water Cycle, Steam Cycle, Cooling Water Systems and any other. Responsible for quality control of incoming raw coal. Responsible for the development of the Employees’ skill sets for taking up higher responsibilities. Participate in the Planning of all Maintenance Activities and extend support for submission of MIS on time. Erection and commissioning of Water Treatment Plants including DMP, RO PLANT , Pretreatment plant and Effluent treatment Plant. Preparation of Daily, Monthly & Annual Report to Represented higher authorities.
