Ionio Aguirre De Carcer

A data analytics professional with a history in aviation, Ionio Aguirre De Carcer became certified in-flight dispatch through college and secured his private pilot license through ADF Airways Miami Flight School. After serving as a flight dispatcher with multiple air transportation companies, he began directing flight operations with Lloyd Aereo Boliviano in 2002. Over his four years coordinating flight operations with Lloyd Aereo Boliviano, Ionio Aguirre De Carcer secured specialized certification in Boeing 767, 737, 727 and Airbus A340 & A320 aircrafts by both the United States Federal Aviation Administration and Latin America General of Civil Aeronautics in Chile and Bolivia. Mr. Aguirre de Carcer subsequently entered the field of data analytics. He serves as director of Latin America regional affairs for New Frontier Data, a company that focuses on conducting studies for government entities that are investigating the potential impacts of cannabis decriminalization or legalization. He travels widely throughout Latin America to meet with officials from these government entities.
