Janek Pawlik

Janek Pawlik is an operational leader who has experience spanning industrial engineering and international business development. With Federal-Mogul Corporation in the 1990s, Janek Pawlik began as executive assistant to the president and focused on market potential assessments that drove retail growth initiatives on a global scale. Among his accomplishments was completing an in-country market feasibility study focused on Russia’s automotive parts sector. Mr. Pawlik subsequently served as manager of corporate development and helped facilitate a successful Fel-Pro Chemical Products Division divestiture. This included negotiating a sale price of approximately $61 million. At the same time he was coordinating a consolidation and restructuring process, he undertook market and product opportunity evaluations and identified possible candidates for acquisition. He subsequently accepted responsibilities with Federal-Mogul as project manager of the multi-layer steel gasket business unit, a role in which he oversaw a $9 million revenue manufacturing facility that met the needs of customers such as Ford Motor Company. Mr. Pawlik also has operational leadership experience with Siebel Systems, Inc., where he guided the marketing and development of a leading-edge interactive selling solution (ISS) product line. Passionate about stocks and finances as well as computer software, Janek Pawlik maintains a strong community presence and is a committed supporter of multiple sclerosis research efforts.
