A former mortgage broker in the Tampa area, Jeff Shurtleff leverages his industry connections in his work as a commercial real estate developer and investor. In his role as president of Synergistic Properties, LLC, Jeff Shurtleff has invested in retail development projects, as well as car dealerships and medical office buildings. While the company's primary focus is commercial properties, it has also built single-family developments and townhomes in Tampa. One of the multi-family developments in Synergistic's portfolio is 115 South Lois Ave. Mr. Shurtleff purchased the 56-unit property for $3 million, then completed $2 million worth of renovation work, including the installation of new windows, doors, and stucco, as well as a new swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The property is now under contract at $10 million. Other properties under the management of Synergistic include Baycare Medical Center at 1919 Swanna Ave, 4636 Dale Mabry Highway, and 3909 West Cleveland Street.
