Based in Houston, Texas, Joel Geddis is an Executive Team Leader, Human Resources (HR) with Target Corporation. Tasked with boosting total store sales and profitability, he works to instill a guest-centric culture across the retail space by incorporating insights and feedback provided by visitors and shoppers.
