2. Worked on innovative management system that provides efficient and clear overview of the company's current asset
3. Assisted in testing PicCollage product release on a daily basis

Projects
1. Facilitate and work on the details of company's testing device stations. Improve the current process flow of testing device and work on establishing a system that helps keep track of the usage.
2. Cleaned company’s asset list and came up with a better organizing tool and system

- Manage ITASA’s financial account, approximately 13,000 dollars
- Prepare budgets and submit financial reports for ITASA
- Submit bi-weekly updates for the organization
- Use excel as Bookkeeping tool for ITASA bank accounts
- Handle donations and cash flows

1. Managed the financial accounts for E-Mart (Revenue around $10,000 dollars per month)
2. Oversaw the marketing, human resources, and supply departments with 2 VPs.
3. Set monthly goals and reflections for team members to improve
4. Co-hosted employment training (Around 30 people)
5. Set up supply chain inventory system that controls weekly inventories.
