KRISTA LYNN WARD - ENTREPRENEUR AND BUSINESS STRATEGY CONSULTANT A strategy consultant and entrepreneur residing in Chicago, Krista Lynn Ward has worked with a range of cannabis, food and beverage, and real estate companies since 2015. She has developed business and customer experience plans for several companies that allowed them to successfully fundraise and become more profitable. She also worked with food and beverage brands to increase their brand awareness in the marketplace. In addition to her private consulting, Krista Lynn Ward performs numerous responsibilities through her role as Director of Operations and Development at Maestro Corporate Group. Previously, she spent eight years as CEO of Hooray Puree, Inc., where their company developed and brought healthy ingredients and meals to schools and major retail outlets like Target, Whole Foods, etc. Ms. Ward holds an MBA and JD from the University of Wisconsin Madison, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Retail Merchandising and Management, with a minor in Economics) from a smaller state school, UW Stout. She has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 1995 and has received several awards over the years from other philanthropic endeavors, including her work with Our Children's Homestead, a private foster care and adoption agency. Even before surviving a very rare cancer (clear cell sarcoma), Krista has been dedicated to health and wellness her entire life. She has competed in five CrossFit Opens and several Spartan races. She also enjoys yoga, hiking, paddle boarding, and waterskiing.
