Mark J Yardley Beaver Utah

CEO
The recipient of a bachelor's degree in education from Southern Utah College, Mark J. Yardley established High Country Land Management in Beaver, Utah. As its owner and CEO, Mark J. Yardley has grown the property management company by establishing and acquiring a diverse portfolio of businesses in Beaver and Scipio. The first store he acquired was High Country Chevron, purchased in 1987. He has since remodeled the store into an 8,000-square-foot building with a Champ's Chicken and hot deli inside, as well as 12 gas pumps and a tire center outside. In 1991, he opened his second gas station, Eagles Landing, which now consists of 10 gas pumps, four RV diesel pumps, and an additional six lanes for semi-trucks. He also owns a Cinnabon and Wendy's franchise on the property. In recent years, he has presided over the construction of a new gas station, travel plaza, and Days Inn motel. Mr. Yardley's business success has allowed him the opportunity to support several nonprofits, including the Beaver County Children's Justice Center, Dixie State Athletics' golf program, and various charities supporting military veterans.
