Working directly with Agencies and Advertisers & Account Managers. Work closely with the technical team to monitor campaigns delivery and do suggest improvement ideas in the process for improved efficiency of product.
Real time bidding strategies, campaign management, and technical assistance. Working closely with entire NA, EMEA and APAC Clients, using DoubleClick Bid Manager and DoubleClick Campaign Manager to manage their Campaigns.
Reviews and analyze the quality of the Ad campaigns. Analyzing spend pattern and performance trends, and suggesting optimal solutions (Bids, Budgets, Pacing, Targeting, View ability) to ensure smooth delivery of the campaigns.
Troubleshooting requests from Agency partners related to Insertion Orders, Line Items, and Creatives based on client’s requirement. Troubleshooting issues related to serving of different Ad formats which include banner, Rich Media, Video and Mobile Ads.
Dealing with DV360 & CM360 || DV360 & 3rd Party discrepancies (impressions, clicks, conversions & billing). Analyzing a campaign based on the reporting (Inventory Availability Report, General Reports, Billing Reports, Audience Performance Reports).
