Ching-Lun Hsiao
I love to study pain points in the process and address them using proven methodologies. I investigate the current process flow, dig into the data that matters, and capture the portions that are critical to improve the process performance. I enjoy working with experts who are specialized in different industries, building a team, and adapting the new learnings to other common processes with similar pain points.
The most pleasant part of the journey is that I see the flow is less variant, more predictable, and easier to understand.
