Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Neil Wolfe Barnett has extensive experience as a senior project manager, and as a developer and general contractor. He is particularly experienced in areas of safety compliance, quality assurance, budget analysis, and risk management. Neil Wolfe Barnett most recently spent time with a major structural steel fabricator as a senior project manager of steel and commercial structures, a role that involved supervision of construction contracts ranging in nature from retro fitting complex structures to the completion of ground-up structures. Prior to his time with his involvement with structural steel , Mr. Barnett, a building science and construction management graduate of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, spent nearly a decade at ASI. In addition to his work as senior project manager at ASI, he functioned as marketing and sales director for steel and commercial structures. A few of his past roles include senior lead project management positions and partner at Fuel Source, a position that involved the development of fueling stations, additionally he partnered in single family construction and development which included townhouse and single family residential developments.
