Completed the degree in Materials Engineering at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) on June 2018 and would love to start a working instantly. Finished the final year project entitled, " Passivation Study of Sn-0.7Cu Lead-Free Solder Under Different Polarizing Conditions". The project can be divided into two phase. First one is designing the lab procedure to monitor the reaction of solders in potassium hydroxide electrolytes. Then, come the experiments part using electrochemical software to investigate corrosion behavior of Sn-0.7Cu in potentiodynamic polarization, potentiostatic polarization and open circuit potential. Generally, my project is an anthology of research on Sn-0.7Cu lead-free solder alloy towards an alkaline environment with the different condition of analysis and this alloy was chosen as one of strong candidates based on its overall properties such as great achievement in developing the overall wetting and soldering properties, especially in electronic packaging. I have undergone 10 weeks industrial training in precision engineering & manufacturing company, Innopeak (M) Sdn Bhd and stationed in Kota Damansara. During the period of internship, I was given tasks equivalent to a field engineer trainee. I have performed well during the training which lead me to be entrusted to fabricate and prepared molds in hand lay-up of composite materials using fiber fabrics and fiber-glasses with minimum supervision from my supervisor. In addition, I also have experienced using arc welding, grinding, manual lathe and milling during my intern periods. I also got the opportunity to go to work visit to other companies such as CTRM and Kem Pembina Sungai Besi. I was also exposed to various practical knowledge and managerial skills which could help me to blend in the actual working condition. My key strength is determination as i can work under pressure and occasionally survived tense conditions. I intend to learn as much as possible and work with different backgrounds of people as i am looking to improve my capabilities and gain experience.
