Integrated Taipei branches resources and implemented cross-departments activities. In Aug 2020, executed “HESS National English Proficiency Test” which had more than 2,000 students to join.
->Promoted consumers retention rate
Created LINEBOT combing with resource of company. To develop new consumers, planned and marketed the course(ex. Culture, occupation experience).
Maintained 7 classes per month and strengthened the retention rate over 90%
-> Coordinate with native speaker teacher and be in charge of NST stuff.
-> Chaired 2021 and 2020 graduation ceremony.
