With an overall 14 years of experience, I have built up my career with variety of roles and certifications mostly in Operations, e-Commerce, Process Excellence, IT, Business expansion, and Leadership.
I have solely led and managed large diverse teams (Voice, Back-Office, Chat, Email processes) in Aditya Birla Group, handled International clients. In addition, I've worked with Hyper-local vendors, aggregators and top notch companies in the e-Commerce ecosystem, built up processes for a startup from ground-zero, and have always formulated positive impact towards business, skill development and customer satisfaction.
