Making the workflow system more efficient and lean is the main goal of my career so far. In sales, my role is to repair long-standing relationships and also open up new opportunities on several occasions to serve consumers. Technically, improving customer relations is directly proportional to improving company services. So upgrading tools for repair is a very important thing to do. Currently I am focusing on implementing ERP software to standardize service processes for all branches in Indonesia.
