IT Manager:
Responsible to identify, diagnose and rectify any number of problems affecting business applications, which may emanate from software, hardware or the operating systems, in such a way that ensures minimum down time to the user whilst maintaining the integrity of the data.
Responsible for development, testing, deployment, installation and configuration updates and changes of Business Application.
Installation and configuration of Active Directory on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Installation and configuration of WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) on Windows Server 2008 R2.
Management of Local Area Network including the network server, installation of software, troubleshooting, and managing user access and security as required.
Management of Mail server (Exchange server 2007, 2010, 2013). Hardware upgrading of servers, messaging and laptop/desktop applications.
Troubleshooting of software and hardware, PC and maintenance of desktop.
Monitoring and analysis of network traffic and pre-empt bandwidth upgrades.
Managing wireless networks, administration and management of LAN, switches.
Administration and support of website related problems & website hosing updating etc.
Designing, maintenance and troubleshooting of Active directory 2003, 2008, 2012 DHCP, DNS, WINS and IIS.
Implementation and management of FTP services, Remote Access Services (RAS), Group and System policies and VPN.
Administrative Services:
Providing the standards of order, cleanliness and safety in all facilities and public areas.
Operation and maintenance of all machines, equipment, apparatus, fixtures and accessories of the center.
Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring administrative functions.
Management of office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Document drafting (including letters bills, Quotation).
Handling external or internal communication.
To manage vehicles, manage flights, and staff accommodation and maintenance.
Responsible for the meeting arrangement, recording and arranging meeting minute.
Supervision of company office renovation.
Supervision of non-technical staff.
