The startup company engages Web 3.0 ecosystem, merging Blockchain, Crypto Token, Decentralized ID (DID), Wi-Fi routers and Gamified Apps. ● Defined MVP product road-map, designed features’ detail according to user scenarios/user journey mapping, and prioritized dynamically based on impacts and values. ● Led 8 developers, with front-end, back-end and embedded linux, completed MVP development within 4 months, to provide gamified LBS and Tokenomics on the BNB chain. ● Designed a back-end system that includes a series of REST APIs, developed by Golang, Postgres and PHP, and deployed/managed via containerization (Docker compose) to AWS. ● Extended observability by using Prometheus, Loki and Grafana to provide BI dashboards and log collectors. ● Managed MOXA’s NMS solution, the MXview, and fine-tuned the release process 25x faster. ● Recruited and coached the first feature team possessing fast-paced end-to-end agility. ● Led 10 developers as a PO, worked with designer, front-end, back-end, SDET and embedded Linux, then completed MOXA's first Wi-Fi management solution, the MXview Wireless. ● Led design and development of ADLINK’s first IoT solution, the MCM-204, an ARM-based with micro-services architecture and customizable algorithms to predict machine failures. ● Built a team from scratch, and directly managed up to 6 developers with monthly 1:1. Held 50+ interviews using BEI/STAR skills. Executed PIP process for 4 times. ● Constructed solid SDLC process and automation pipelines for engineering management and reduced 90% cost of development, and released values 10x faster with Agile enablement.

● Developed 8 High-speed industrial IO products (DAQ cards) as kernel driver/library developer. ● Collaborated with HW/FPGA/SW/PM department and drove 5 products to release as TPM.
