擁有超過5年團體旅遊從業經驗，專為美國、加拿大華僑設計規劃頂級旅遊體驗，我也以中、英雙語導遊身分第一線接待旅客，曾帶團走訪台灣各地、新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、俄羅斯、越南、柬埔寨等地。依據旅客滿意度調查表，帶團表現獲得平均4.8分(滿分5分)之評價。​ ​ 我曾獨立完成20天19夜新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國行程開發，從資訊蒐集、研究篩選開始，也經歷與世界知名頂級酒店集團，如：Four Seasons、Sands、Peninsula、Anantara、Belmond等洽談合作，結合自身帶團與高端旅客實際接觸的經驗，設計出兼具獨特有趣、細膩舒適的高品質旅遊體驗，並於2022年底正式出團。 2020-2022年，順應疫情帶來的工作空檔，我不斷精益求精，受訓成為《朱銘美術館》特約導覽，也短暫參與《RTM泛旅遊協會》、《DTT台力快遞》等新創團隊之專案，透過策畫旅遊知識教育課程、協助執行公部門專案，培養專案管理能力，更深入與台灣各地地方創生團隊交流，持續累積自身在頂級旅遊的能量與品味。 過往求學、服役與工作經驗，也成為我在旅遊服務的養分：大學雙主修新聞學與國際經營與貿易管理，奠基我商務管理、媒體識讀、資料查證能力，同時具備平面攝影、影像剪輯、文字掌握技巧。 2013-2014年服役擔任政戰輔導長，培養我的抗壓性與耐心；2014-2017年擔任保險業務，強化我的商務溝通、銷售技巧，更養成我想方設法解決問題、不輕言放棄的業務力；2017-2018年墾丁民宿管家經驗，曾負責房務、管理及營運等工作，同時考取中、英文導遊與領隊執照，成為我踏入旅遊產業的墊腳石。 With more than 5 years of experience in escorted group travel service, I am professional in designing and planning top-notch tours for Asian Americans and Canadians. In addition, I am a bilingual tour guide in Mandarin and English and lead tours in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Russia, Vietnam, and Cambodia. As the review of guests, my performance reached averagely 4.8 out of 5 as a tour guide and tour leader. I used to accomplish independently a 20 days and 19 nights tour itinerary of Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand starting from data collection & study. In the process, I underwent communication with world-renowned hotel groups, including Four Seasons, Sands, Peninsula, Anantara, and Belmond, and reached an agreement of cooperation. Blending self-experience of actual contact with the guests while leading the tour, this final high-quality travel experience officially launched at the end of 2022 combing uniqueness, delicacy, and comfort. From 2020 to 2022, I took advantage of the vacancies brought by the pandemics to keep striving for perfection. I was trained to be an official guide of "Juming Art Museum". I also participated in the start-up teams of “RTM” & “DTT” to learn project management through planning touristic knowledge education courses and assisting in the implementation of governmental projects. With the chance of the projects, I deeply interacted with the regional revitalization teams all over Taiwan, nurturing my energy and taste for high-ended tourism. My past studies, military service and work experience have also become my nutrients in tourism services: I double majored in journalism and international business and trade management at university, which laid the foundation for my business management, media literacy and data verification skills. Moreover, I am capable of graphic photography, video editing and text mastery. From 2013 to 2014, I did my military service as the officer of political warfare, which cultivated my stress resistance and patience. From 2014 to 2017, I served as an insurance agent, which strengthened my business communication and sales skills. From 2017 to 2018, I had experience as a housekeeper at B&B in Kenting accounting for housekeeping, management, and operation. At the same time, I obtained the licenses of Mandaring and English tour guides and tour leaders, which became my steppingstone into the tourism industry.
