Vanda Chan

I help businesses with better social media marketing strategy and more effective social media marketing campaigns. I’m also proficient in e-commerce and social media crisis management. I was the first webmaster for Nestle Malaysia and have experience in handling more than a hundred digital campaigns and activations for brands like NESCAFE, KIT KAT, PURINA, and NESTLE DRUMSTICK. I was also a member of their Crisis Management Core Team and responsible for providing Crisis Management services for all Nestle Malaysia brands. Since 2011, I’ve solved more than 40 social media crises with listening/monitoring tools such as Radian6, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Sysomos & Talkwalker. Today, I offer consultancy services for digital and social media marketing as well as e-commerce and website planning. I have done e-commerce consultancy for Malaysian Export Academy's SME clients. I'm also on the e-commerce panel of the Malaysian Exporters Association. In addition, as a certified HRDF trainer I have many years of experience in conducting digital trainings–especially in the areas of social media marketing, e-commerce, and social media crisis management.
