1. Lead company’s bi-week release plan. With proper communication and excellent time control, the plan is conducted with 90% accuracy.
2. Collect, analyze and prioritize users’ needs through considering resource allocation and product roadmap. Succeeded in connecting sales, designers and developers to deliver final results that meet consumers’ need.
3. Planned 8 chained stores related products / features. With accurate features and manageable user flow, the users issues were solved and the company won 1 contract and 2 potential clients with thousands of license.
4. Joined the 2019 Digital Signage Japan Exhibition. Planned the scenarios for demo video and assist filming, which succeeded in attracting 800+ people at the exhibition.
