In the preparation stage, by adapting a quick flirting data pool designed by me. Garmin targeted 700 talents from the past 2 years campus recruiting events and received 400 applicants. In the end, we recruited 10/21 vacancies for 5 teams by hosting 3 group interviews with 128 graduate students from top universities.
