The purpose of this event is to help everyone can get together and improve relationship. The planning of the entire Christmas Ball took about two and a half months. Due to the continuous communication and coordination, the Christmas ball was finally successfully completed. Through the experience of organizing this event, I have improved my ability in teamwork, coordination and communication, helping me to achieve everyone's common goals in a limited time.
