With over 20 years of experience under his belt, Patrick “Marty” Lancton is a Houston, Texas based businessman, who's most well known throughout his community for being a State Certified Firefighter. Throughout the years of his career, Marty has worn a number of different hats: a business owner, a board member, a partner, even President and Vice President of a number of different unions, each helping him hone his abilities as a businessman. 

Currently, Marty is serving as the President of the Houston Professional Fire Fighters Association, the third-largest association in the United States. He's held this position for over six years. He has also served as Chairman of the Board on the Executive Board for Houston Professional Fire Fighters Association Charitable Foundation, having been elected in 2015.
