我剛出社會時,擔任保險業務員發傳單的故事: 根據我對於自己銷售商品的了解,自己做了各式各樣的傳單,然後到我假想的目標顧客所在地一張一張發,其實沒有任何訣竅,發1000張總會有三五通電話詢問,十通來電總是會約到幾位顧客見面,然後可能成交一筆訂單。 所以答案很簡單就是在對的地方出現,多發一點宣傳單就是了。 首先我跑去找”嬰兒與母親”雜誌社,跟他們要過期的退書,理由是退書對你們只有回收的價值,我可以幫你們發給你們的潛在讀者,增加閱讀群眾,拿到了雜誌,我夾上我當時賣保險的宣傳單,在各大醫院發送給在婦產科無聊等待的媽媽,果然如預期般的順利接觸到最有潛力購買保險的媽媽們。 由於長時間待在醫院,當臍帶血保存誕生在台灣市場時,我立刻就聯想到重大醫療險與臍帶血保存可以綑綁銷售,有了這個想法後,僅僅憑藉一張保險業務員的名片,我到了再生緣臍帶血公司請求合作,最後當該公司行銷經理離職的時候,就把我找去她所在的新公司擔任行銷工作。 當時我只是一個會發宣傳單的業務員,完全不懂行銷是什麼,但是我知道最終的目的都是把商品(服務)賣給需要的人,既然目的是一樣的,那麼就沒問題了,就是想辦法導致一個銷售的結果就是了。 當你想要賣東西給顧客,你當然要想盡辦法了解他們,你要知道他們會在哪裡出現,生活的型態與習慣、喜好、家庭的狀況與收入,你要知道怎麼跟他們接觸,用他們喜歡的方式,當你與他們接觸的時候,第一件事就是取得他們的信任,信任是銷售的基礎,接下來他們得喜歡你,因為他們知道你傾聽、了解他們的需求,更有能力解決他們目前的困擾,不斷的接觸並且一次一次加強你是某方面的專家印象,直到他們的需求產生後,會第一個打電話給你。 當銷售完成後,更要記得物以類聚,他這樣的人會購買你的商品,那麼他所屬的親友圈也會有較高的機率需要你。因此銷售完成後更是重要,有可能拉起一連串的生意機會。 是的,基本上你賣的不是特定的商品或服務,你賣的其實是你自己,顧客因為喜歡你而透過購買你的產品來告訴你,產品僅是一個載體,承載著你與顧客之間的情感、資訊交流。 以上你將業務員換成你所經營的”品牌”,我認為其它的基本上都是一樣的,業務與行銷不同的只是你使用的工具不同。
