1. From scratch, build in-fab process machines and use remote kvm equipment to concentrate in the process control room
2. Centralize the production personnel of each process in the Fab to the process control room to centrally manage production
3. Simplify the ECRS of the process personnel's work content, define work risks and rights and responsibilities, and improve work efficiency
<benefit>
1. There are 8 lean process personnel, the annual benefit is about 5.12 million yuan, and the goal of unmanned process area in the Fab is achieved.
2. Speed up personnel communication time (Offline, team leader, foreman, operator)
3. Speed up the process of handling exceptions by engineering units
