Hello, I´m Chia-Fang Tsai. This portfolio showcases a selection of my work as a digital marketing analyst for the Bechtle Group from July 2020 to December 2021. Using various tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Webtrekk, I provided visualized analysis results and created automation modules based on planning requirements. My goal was to provide real-time data for operational strategies and improve work efficiency while expanding custom service content. 


Bechtle Digital Marketing ALL-in-one Console


  • Purpose: This digital marketing control center aims to provide real-time feedback on overall company investment and performance to immediately adjust operational strategies.
  • Analysis method: Using YTD as the time frame, the analysis is carried out from two perspectives: overall performance and return on investment. In addition to presenting the overall trend, comparing different KPIs, and analyzing the performance between marketing channels, we also conduct year-on-year analysis and predict future trends.
  • Tools: Utilizing Looker Studio combined with Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Facebook to collect, analyze, and present data.
 
 


Marketing Dashboard for Brand Merchants


  • Purpose: This marketing dashboard template is designed to report on the operational results of brand merchants' digital marketing efforts on Bechtle, to understand advertising effectiveness and attract more advertising resources. This analysis uses MS Surface as an example of a brand merchant.
  • Analysis method: The analysis is based on the brand merchant unit, within a customizable time frame and marketing project scope, analyzing input resources and overall performance and reporting performance. Based on overall operations, this analysis can compare advertising results between different marketing topics or time frames and advertising efficiency between different advertising channels. In addition, this analysis can also perform detailed analysis of various advertising channels, such as project effectiveness and visitor sources, among other information.
  • Tools: Utilizes Looker Studio in conjunction with tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Facebook for data collection, analysis, and presentation.
 
 


Online Brand Store Operations Dashboard for Brand Merchants


  • Purpose: This dashboard template reports on the operational results of the online brand store of brand merchants on Bechtle e-commerce plattform, in order to understand existing advertising effectiveness and uncover potential marketing opportunities, and to attract more advertising investments. This analysis uses Apple as an example of a brand merchant.
  • Analysis method: The analysis is based on the brand merchant unit, within a customizable time frame, analyzing input resources and overall performance, and reporting performance. In addition, based on visitor attributes, customer journeys, new and old visitor sources, and project effectiveness, potential development opportunities can be identified.
  • Tools: Utilizes Webtrekk
