Plot Girish "Giri" Singh is a millionaire businessman and owner of a company Giri Enterprises that has three ventures: Rajasthan of West, Maharashtra of East, and Haryana of North. He meets his future bride Hema at a wedding. Giri's marriage proposal is accepted. However, he still wants to delay the marriage for 3 months in order to plan and go through with it. His ex-girlfriend and wife-to-be Zeenat blames him for this. During this time Giri's love interest Preeti and the bride Hema fall in love. At the Giri's company, new directors have been assigned. Vinod, a laid back college mate of Giri, is assigned to Haryana and brings in his friend Vivek. Then, the film shifts to Haryana. Vivek is the most intelligent amongst the three directors, however he is the most insecure of the three as he knows that only an MBA degree will be acceptable to most potential employers. Vivek falls in love with Hema, but finds it difficult to express his feelings to her. Meanwhile, Giri comes to know about this through his assistant Jagat. He breaks ties with his company and vows to find happiness. Giri feels sorry for not telling him about Preeti and Hema's relationship.
