Richard Foster is a successful attorney located who deals primarily with professional athletes. Richard's love for athletics goes back to his college career where he served as the Captain for his college water polo team. Captivated by the sport, he played an integral role in the successful push for women's water polo to be added as an Olympic sport. 
  
Richard has served as the President of the National Governing Body for the United States Water Polo, Inc. and the National Governing Body for the Olympic sport of water polo from 1990-1996 and again from 200-2006. In addition to this, Richard Foster was also awarded the U.S. Water Polo Award upon his induction into the United States Water Polo Hall of Fame. He's also been a recipient of the Paragon Award. 
  
Richard, living in beautiful Souther California, is an Instructor at California State University at Long Beach where he teaches sports law in the Sports Management Graduate Program.
