A golf project was developed from 0 to 1, covering both software (online website) and physical running mechanisms. The following steps were taken:
1. Research and competitor analysis: We conducted research on the golf industry, including competitor analysis, to understand the market landscape and identify opportunities.
Interviews: We interviewed potential customers to understand their needs and pain points.
2. Membership proposal design and iteration: We designed a membership proposal that would address the needs of our target customers. We used ChatGPT to help us generate ideas and iterate on the proposal.
3. Wireframe design and real-life mechanism: We designed wireframes for the online website and also designed the workflow to connect to the most popular communication social media, Line, and Google Maps for better user-centric reservation design.
